What does it mean to have energy all day? Consider your life energy.
How much energy did you have when you woke up this morning? A lot or a little? And what about now, how's your life energy level?
Some things drain our life energy and exhaust us.
Others give us energy - good food, good company, a walk in the woods or on the beach, a wonderful dance, a thrilling musical performance, a great game, etc.
Those that give us energy are of two types. Some temporarily boost our energy - usually by providing us with an adrenaline rush.
