The most important single thing that we do all day long that we can control is breathe.
We breathe 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year, for perhaps 70, 80 or 90 years in a lifetime.
Yet most of us do not breathe well. Our breath is shallow and uneven. We hold our breath when we try to do things. Our breath quickens when we get anxious.
Through the Moving Tiger Method breathwork you can learn to breathe better. You can learn how to become aware of your breath, how to gain conscious control of your breath, and how to breathe more smoothly and deeply.
Each of the seven exercises has a different rhythmical breathing pattern. Through practice of the first exercise you learn to breathe very evenly, smoothly, and continuously. |
