The most important single thing that we do all day long that we can control is breathe.

We breathe 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year, for perhaps 70, 80 or 90 years in a lifetime.

Yet most of us do not breathe well. Our breath is shallow and uneven. We hold our breath when we try to do things. Our breath quickens when we get anxious.

Through the Moving Tiger Method breathwork you can learn to breathe better. You can learn how to become aware of your breath, how to gain conscious control of your breath, and how to breathe more smoothly and deeply.

Each of the seven exercises has a different rhythmical breathing pattern. Through practice of the first exercise you learn to breathe very evenly, smoothly, and continuously.

 

As you advance through the exercises, you progressively breath deeper and longer, and you tune in even more to your breath through subtle variations in your inhales and exhales.

With practice and more advanced instruction over time you can learn to breathe from a still place deep inside you with depth and power.

And as you train your breath through practice during the exercises, you naturally and gradually begin to breathe during the rest of your days - and nights - with these same qualities.
