You know that you'd like to relax. But the question is - how?
How does one relax? Well, the Chinese long ago became intrigued with this question.
They studied babies and young children to see why they are the most relaxed - and energetic - of all people. They also studied animals such as tigers that remain equally relaxed whether they move slow or fast.
They found that certain movement patterns foster relaxation, while others don't. |
Circular movements are relaxing; straight-line movements aren't. Slow, rhythmical movements are relaxing; erratic, fast movements aren't. Soft, subtle movements are relaxing; exaggerated, hard movements aren't.
They also found that certain training methods contribute to relaxation, and others don't. If you constantly push to 110 percent, to the limits of your capacity - physical, emotional, or mental - then you constantly strain your system and lock tension into it. If you always train at 70 percent of your capacity, you never strain, your mind and body relax, and your capacity naturally grows.
These findings are built into the Moving Tiger Method. If you learn Moving Tiger, you'll learn how to relax - and gain more energy as well!
